Man tries to barge into Rambha's house

A 28-year-old man, an ardent fan of Tamil actress Rambha, who allegedly tried to gain entry into her house, was picked up by police and later let off after a warning.

Police said the man Venkatesan, employed in a shop, tried to enter the actress's house in Valasaravakkam here late last night.

Despite her father telling him that she was not at home, Venkatesan was reluctant to leave, police said.

Police, who were informed, picked him up and later let him off after a warning, they added.

On August 16, a 35-year-old Bangalore based businessman was arrested for allegedly sending 'lewd' short messaging service (SMS) to actress Sneha.
