Man kills wife before ending his life in Gujarat

A man allegedly killed his wife and then committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling in a factory in Jetpur town of the district, police said here today.

The incident came to light this morning, when one of the factory workers showed Keshu Gohel hanging from a ceiling while his wife Kanchan lying on the floor in a quarter allotted to Keshu in the factory premises, police said adding that Keshu was working in the factory as a security guard.

Primary investigation revealed that the couple had heated argument last night, then Keshu strangulated his wife to death. After that Keshu hanged himself from ceiling in the factory, police said.
   
A complaint has been registered and further investigation is on, police added.
