Look-out notice issued for 'godman' in abduction case in Ghaziabad

Police have issued a look-out notice against a 40-year-old self-styled godman Anoop Kumar Sahai who had allegedly abducted his 28-year-old cousin from Raj Nagar here.
    
It is suspected that he might have fled abroad and notices in this regard have been sent to airport authorities in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, SSP Raghubir Lal said.

On February 15, the girl, Priyanka, went out in the evening but did not return after that.
    
The girl Priyanka's mother Sudha Shrivastav had told Police that the former had earlier spurned a marriage proposal by the godman as he was already married and had an eight-year-old daughter.
    
He said the police conducted raids at his houses in Ghaziabad and Gorakhpur and an ashram in Rishikesh but there are no clues about their whereabouts.

Sahai had claimed that he was a member of advisory board of a government ministry.
