LJP Parliamentary Board authorises Ram Vilas Paswan to select candidates

The Lok Janshakti Party Parliamentary Board today authorised its president Ramvilas Paswan for selection of candidates for party's share of 75 seats allotted to it under the seat-sharing pact with the RJD.

The RJD will be contesting from rest of 168 of the 243 seats in alliance with the LJP.

"I have been authorised by the party parliamentary board for selection of candidates for all the six phases," Paswan informed while talking to mediamen.

He said he had obtained the lists of prospective candidates shortlisted by the parliamentary board and would apply his mind giving thrust on winnability factory while selecting the candidates.

Paswan said he would soon release his party's manifesto and the list of candidates.
