Kashmiri youth arrested near Indo-Pak border in Jammu

A Kashmir youth was arrested by the Border Security Force troops and his vehicle seized after he drove past the octroi Border Out Post, 40 km from here, without proper clearance, police officials said today.
   
Riyaz Ahmed Wani, drove his load carrier straight into the octroi BoP, located on International Border (IB) in RS Pura tehsil of Jammu district today by ignoring the signal from security guards to stop, they said.
   
He was immediately arrested and the vehicle seized, they said adding, one ATM card, a Bangalore-Jammu train ticket of March 23 and a mobile set was recovered from him.
   
During preliminary questioning he failed to give satisfactory replies to BSF officials and was handed over to police, who have sent him to the Joint Interrogation Centre (JIC), they said.
