Junior doctor shot dead in Raipur

Unidentified persons shot dead a junior doctor here in Chhattisgarh, police said today.       Pratik Sonwani was killed by assailants in New Rajendra Nagar area of the state capital late last night, superintendent of police Amit Kumar said.
       
Sonwani was a post-graduate student of ophthalmology at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College here, he said.

Prima facie the murder appears to be fallout of a love triangle, but other angles are also being probed, Kumar said.
