Himachal Pradesh village residents demand emergency helicopter service

Hundreds of residents of a village in Himachal Pradesh's Lahaul-Spiti district held a protest here demanding emergency helicopter services during the winter.
   
The protesters, all residents of Chokhang village, led by panchayat head Roshan Lal Mahan, said a helipad had already been constructed in Chokhang valley by the state government.
