Prime minister Manmohan Singh today left for Toronto to attend the G20 Summit this weekend after an overnight transit halt in Frankfurt.
Singh, who heads a high-power delegation to the fourth summit of G20, was accompanied by national security adviser Shivshankar Menon and foreign secretary Nirupama Rao.
