Free education for students in Rajasthan from class 1 to 8

Students studying in classes I-VII in government schools in Rajasthan would get free education and books and facilities like student welfare fund, according to an official of the state education department here today.

A circular to this effect was issued in compliance with the Right to Education (RTE) Act, Ashok Sampatram, the principal secretary education, school and sanskrit siksha said.

Physically challenged students would get free education from class one to class 12 along with children of widows.
