'Fraud' Chidambaram lost elections, says Jayalalithaa

Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has once again gone on to slander P Chidambaram saying his continuation in the Union cabinet is untenable and he has played fraud on the nation.

She said Chidambaram lost his Shivaganga Lok Sabha seat, in an exclusive interview to Times Now television channel.

Two weeks ago in Delhi, the newly-elected TN chief minister had made the same allegations to which the home minister had replied saying, since the matter was pending before the courts he statements amounted to gross contempt of court.
