Election commission urged to convene all party meet on civic polls

The KPCC today urged the election commission to convene an all party meeting to discuss transparently all aspects concerning the coming local bodies election.

Speaking to mediapersons here, KPCC general secretary N Venugopal alleged that all arrangements required prior to the
elections, just three months away, has come to a standstill.

He expressed confidence that the opposition Congress-led United Democratic Front would perform well in the civic polls.
