Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy today expressed grief over the death of legendary actor-filmmaker Dev Anand.
Kiran Kumar, who conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members, said that Dev Anand was the most popular, charismatic and romantic superstar, who acted in more than a hundred films.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that Dev Anand, who was honoured with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke award, was the most flamboyant and versatile actor and his unique acting style and dialogue-delivery were a rage during 1950s and 1960s.
Dev Anand (88) passed away in London last night.
