Criminal case against 4 junior engineers

A criminal case has been lodged against four junior engineers on charges of misappropriation of Rs11 lakh meant for development work in Palamu district.

The case was lodged at Medninagar town police station against junior engineers Sriram Poddar, Shiv Shankar, Harinarayan Yadav and Omprakash Saran, deputy commissioner, Dr Amitabh Kaushal said today. Kaushal told newsmen that the engineers were posted in Palamu district for last two year and recently transferred to other districts.
