CEO of Parshwanath Developers and 19 others, including government officials who allegedly colluded with construction company to acquire the land, have been booked.

Officials of a real estate company were booked for allegedly acquiring a costly government land illegally here and building a portion of a colony on it, police said today.
Chief executive officer (CEO) of Parshwanath Developers and 19 others, including government officials who allegedly colluded with construction company to acquire the land, have been booked, they said.
CEO BP Dhaka, Sanver tehsil sub divisional officer (Revenue), Sunil Dubey and a government official Himashu Joshi, among others were booked under section 420 (cheating), 471 (forging documents) and 120 (b) (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC yesterday, Madhya Pradesh Economic Offence Wing, Indore superintendent of police, Mahendra Singh Sikarwar said.
He said the Developers in collusion with the government officials allegedly forged documents and raised a portion of a residential colony over the costly government land meant for a drain at village Lasudia.
The portion spreads over an area of 3.71 hectares in Sanver Tehsil, EOW officials said.
The land unlawfully acquired by the developers is worth crores of rupees, they added.
