Chidambaram's rating of own performance: Pretty close to zero

Often praised as one of the most efficient ministers in the government, home minister P Chidambaram, however, rates his performance close to "zero".

"Pretty close to zero," was his answer during an interaction with women journalists here when he was asked how he rates his performance.

This remark by Chidambaram in a lighter vein made the journalist ask the reason behind it to which the minister did not reply.

In another light moment, to a query if he was looking for a bigger role in the government, he answered he was looking for a much smaller role.
