The Centre will take steps to let Tamil be used in the Madras high court, Union law minister Veerappa Moily said on Monday after meeting Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi at his Gopulapuram residence.
“I haven’t been able to visit Tamil Nadu after the elections. I came to congratulate and wish Kalaignar,” Moily said. “He urged me to take measures to allow the use of Tamil in the high court. I assured him, we will take all measures to ensure the same.”
