The BJP is planning to launch a nation-wide agitation against the Mayawati government in Uttar Pradesh starting April 6 over charges of corruption.

BJP today said that it would also release a black paper on the "scams" the same day.

"During our interactions with people, 183 scams of various nature have come to our knowledge and the party will issue a black paper on 100 scams on April 6," BJP national secretary Kirit Somaiya claimed.

"There is a competition between the UPA and the BSP on who is the most corrupt," Somaiya alleged.

He said that a BJP delegation led by national president Nitin Gadkari would submit a chargesheet on the scams of the Mayawati government along with documentary evidence to the president.

The BJP leader alleged sale of sugar mills in UP at throw-away prices.

"Registration of some companies which were permitted to bid for the sugar mills has already been cancelled by the Centre. We have papers of three such companies and the bidding was rigged," he alleged.
