RJD president, Lalu Prasad today said the visit of Microsoft chief Bill Gates to Bihar had exposed to the world the miserable condition of the state.
"The visit of Gates has exposed the sorry state of affairs in Bihar to the world," Prasad told reporters here.
The former chief minister of Bihar said, "Gates was extremely disturbed to see the plight of people and magnitude of poverty. Kumar's claim of good governance also stands exposed before the world."
Gates visited Khagaria and Banka districts to review the works being carried out by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the field of health.
The foundation also signed a memorandum of cooperation with the state government for the eradication of polio, pneumonia, and kala-azar.
