An advocate and his two daughters died while his wife and another woman sustained injuries when the car they were travelling was hit by a passenger train at an unmanned railway crossing in the neighbouring Ranga Reddy this evening.

An advocate and his two daughters died while his wife and another woman sustained injuries when the car they were travelling was hit by a passenger train at an unmanned railway crossing in the neighbouring Ranga Reddy this evening, police said.
The incident occurred at an unmanned railway crossing between Erramvalli and Mandanpally railway stations under Vikarabad mandal at around 4.45 pm when the car was crossing the tracks, resulting in the instantaneous death of three persons which also left two others severely injured, they said.
The deceased were identified as Venkat Reddy, 38, an advocate in Vikarabad town, and his two daughters Swetha, 11, and Harshita Reddy, 9, a police officer said adding that the two injured women Vijayshree (advocate's wife) and their house-maid Radhika were rushed to a hospital.
Further investigations were on.
