Over 24 buildings, including a mosque and a school, were gutted when a fire broke out in a village near the Line of Control (LoC) in Bandipora district of north Kashmir today.
However, there were no casualties, police said.
The fire erupted in a house in Tarjooli village, 140km from Srinagar, and later engulfed adjoining buildings, they said.
A school, a mosque, 10 cowsheds and 15 residential houses were gutted, police said.
