23 IAS officers reshuffled in Rajasthan

In an administrative reshuffle, the government of Rajasthan transferred 23 IAS officials late last night.

District collectors of Nagaur, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Rajsamand, Chittorgarh, Kota and Tonk have been changed.

While Ajmer collector Rajesh Yadav and Kota collector T Ravikant would now be Special Secretary in the CMO, Bhilwara collector Manju Rajpal would now take charge as Ajmer collector and will be replaced by Onkar Singh.

Other officials who have been transferred are OP Meena, Purshottam Agrawal, Seema Bahuguna, Jagdish Mohanti, Yaduvendra Mathur, Deepak Upreti, Sanjay Dixit, Siya Ram Meena, Veenu Gupta, JP Chandelia, Praveen Gupta, Bhaskar A Sawant, Kunji Lal Meena, Karan Singh Rathore, SS Bissa, Preetam Yashwant, Ravi Jain, Samit Sharma and Arushi A Malik.

Besides, the government also promoted 15 IPS officials and one IFS official to different posts.
