After Hindi, the Mann Ki Baat programme will also be broadcast in regional languages by All India Radio.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation on Mann Ki Baat programme today at 11 am. The 71st edition will be broadcast on All India Radio and the entire network of Doordarshan. Youtube channels of AIR and DD News will also broadcast the programme.
After Hindi, the programme will also be broadcast in regional languages by All India Radio.
In the previous edition of Mann ki Baat, the Prime Minister had spoken on various issues. He had spoken on how the world is taking note of Indian products like Khadi. He had also urged the people of the country to be more vocal for local products during the festive season by buying Indian products.
Speaking on the India-China standoff, Prime Minister Modi had said that the nation stands firmly with the brave soldiers and security forces of the country.
Modi did not forget to mention the support received from various sections of the society during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the Mann Ki Baat, the PM thanked sanitisation workers, housekeepers and guards for rendering services in difficult times and urged people to take them along.
Most importantly he thanked the people for maintaining restraint during the Durga Puja festival and urged the nation to continue having patience in order to fight the corona crisis.
"Dussehra is also a festival of victory of patience over crisis. Today, all of you are living with great restraint, celebrating festivals with modesty. Therefore, in the COVID-19 battle, we are fighting, victory is certain," said the Prime Minister during the 70th edition of the Mann Ki Baat Programme.
Mann ki Baat is a radio programme, aired on All India Radio on the last Sunday of every month, through which the Prime Minister interacts with the nation.
