Jadhav was sentenced to death on charges of spying by a Pakistani military court in April.
India had strongly reacted to the news and served a demarche on Abdul Basit, Pakistan's high commissioner to India. India also raised the issue of denial of consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav and said that if the authorities in Pakistan carry out the execution, it will be against international norms.
India's foreign minister Sushma Swaraj had written a "personal letter" to Sartaj Aziz, Pakistan's foreign affairs chief, requesting a grant of visa to Avantika Jadhav, reported Times of India.
On Monday, she lashed out at his Pakistani counterpart for not even showing the courtesy to reply to her letter, the report added.
The International Court of Justice at The Hague had stayed Jadhav’s execution in May till the time the hearing in the case gets over.
