Senior Congress leader Sheila Dikshit on Tuesday criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party's vision document, saying it was only a repetition of what the Congress has already done in Delhi.

"What was new about it [BJP's vision document]? Delhi has everything. Delhi is already considered a world class city. The best airport in the country and also number two or three in the world. There is Metro, there is CNG buses, and there is low floor and air conditioned buses," Sheila told ANI.

"They have just repeated the work that Congress has already done in Delhi," she added.

The former Delhi chief minister said the vision document should have also mentioned upholding communal harmony.

"As a citizen, I would expect communal harmony to be there. Churches are being burnt; Hindu-Muslim riots have been taking place. If something on communal harmony has been mentioned, then it's great. If not, then at first, BJP should have mentioned about communal harmony in its vision document," said Sheila.

Earlier in the day, the BJP released its vision document, promising to make Delhi a world class city and to resolve pending problems of water, electricity and transport.

"The vision document will help make Delhi a world class city by all standards. This documents covers over 270 points, will focus on the following urgent matters- women safety, security, youth affairs, electricity and water, cleanliness, education and skill development and environment," said the party's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi.

Elections for the 70-seat assembly in Delhi will take place on February 7, with the counting of the votes set for February 10.
