Zeenat Aman wants Priyanka Chopra to play her in her biopic!

Bollywood has been jumping on the biopic bandwagon like crazy. No one champions the trend more than Priyanka Chopra. The actress has already portrayed Olympic-medal winner Mary Kom and has also reportedly been roped in to play Kalpana Chawla in her upcoming biopic. This time, Priyanka may get the chance to play a character closer to home. 

In a press event for the premiere of her debut web series Love Life and Screw Ups, Zeenat Aman expressed her desire to have Priyanka play her in a biopic. “I want Priyanka Chopra to do my biopic. I think she is very good and lovely. Priyanka would be the ideal actress to play my part,” said Zeenat. 

The veteran actress, remembered fondly for her roles in Hare Rama Hare Krishna, Don and Yaadon Ki Baarat, revealed that a renowned filmmaker had approached her to make a biopic. “Honestly, a producer had even approached me for a biopic but I don’t know whether I am ready for it.” was what she said. 

Earlier, singer Asha Bhosle had also showed interest in having Priyanka portray her on-screen. We think that PC would be a perfect choice to play the legendary diva on-screen!
