Deepika Padukone's Hollywood debut xXx 3 is all set for a grand premiere in India on January 14. In India, the film releases a week before anywhere else. 

On the other hand, because of the change in its release date, DP's film will now clash with Dharma Productions' OK Jaanu starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor. The romantic flick and action film are going head to head with each other now.
