Three films old, Shraddha Kapoor is fast on her way to becoming Bollywood royalty. But scant little is known about this 26-year-old. She is currently shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj's Haider starring Shahid Kapoor and The Villain with Sidharth Malhotra. She is secretly dating Aditya Roy kapoor. The Geeky girl: The 26-year-old wears thick-rimmed glasses when she is not shooting

Plan B: She had considered a career as a psychologist but luckily her film career took off.

Back to school: She wanted to go abroad to study but her parents were against it. But she was adamant, so I took off for Boston University.

Adventure Girl: She is certified Advanced Scuba Diver. Her favourite holiday was spent on a dive-boat in the Maldives. She also loves Ladakh. Shraddha claims, "I am both a beach and a mountain person."

Fan: She admires Priyanka Chopra, "Who else marches to her own music? She does exactly what she wants, and I would love to meet her properly."

Affairs of the heart: "Every time there's a story linking me to a co-star, my father is calm. I get hysterical, but he says it's all part of the game."

Friends: She is "diaper buddies" with a Student Of The Year star Varun Dhawan, "My father made many movies with Varun Dhawan's dad. We have grown up together. My newer friends in the industry would be Aditya Roy Kapur and [director] Mohit Suri."

Girls rule: She considers herself a girl's girl, and in her group of close-knit girlfriends, which includes event planner

Dining dame: Her last meal would be seafood. Her dream meal would be fresh from the sea. "Maharashtrian food is my all-time favourite and my mother makes it best—fish biryani, prawn pickle, fried fish and dal.

Addictions: She's an online shopping addict with a ­ flip-­flop obsession
