Shah Rukh Khan mourns Bengal cricketer Ankit Keshri's death

A tragic incident shook the entire cricketing world on Monday after a young cricketer Ankit Keshri passed away suffering a fatal injury on the field. Shah Rukh Khan, who owns the Kolkata Knight Riders team mourned the death of the cricketer on Twitter.

Ankit, who had captained the Bengal Under 19 team in the Cooch Behar Trophy was representing the U-23 East Bengal team during the senior one day knockout match organised by CAB on April 17. During the East Bengal and Bhowanipore Emirates clash on Friday, Ankit collided with his bowler Sourabh Mondal and was unconscious. Soon, blood started spurting out of his mouth and he was taken to the hospital. 

On Monday morning, Keshri suffered a massive heart attack and was put on ventilator before he was declared dead. SRK, who himself is a sports lover took to Twitter to mourn Ankit's death, calling it a 'sad and unfortunate' incident.
