See picture: Marvel unveils teaser poster for Benedict Cumberbatch's 'Doctor Strange'

Before Marvel unveils the teaser of Doctor Strange on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning for people on this side of the Earth, they have unveiled the first poster of Benedict Cumberbatch as the new superhero of Marvel Cinematic Universe

Cumberbatch portrays Doctor Stephen Strange who turns from an egotistical surgeon to a disciple of the Ancient One, portrayed by Tilda Swinton and saves the world with his magical powers and martial arts.

According to the director duo of Captain America: Civil War, who are also helming Avengers: Infinity War 1 & 2, Doctor Strange and then Thor: Ragnarok will lay the groundwork for these Avengers movies. So keep your eyes peeled for hints and Easter eggs!

Director Scott Derrickson and the crew just wrapped up the shoot for the movie in New York. 

Apart from Cumberbatch and Swinton the movies boasts a stellar cast of Chiwetel Ejiofor, Mads Mikkelsen, Rachel McAdams, Scott Adkins, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Amy Landecker.

The film is set to release on November 4, 2016.
