'Netrikann' teaser: Nayanthara is hunting for a serial killer as visually impaired person in thriller film

The teaser for Tamil film titled Netrikann has been dropped on the occasion of Nayanthara's 36th birthday. In the film of the thriller genre, the actor plays the role of a visually impaired person who is in the hunt for a serial killer. The teaser starts with a man torturing woman by hitting them with cars, making bondage and more. Then comes Nayanthara, who has a pet dog for the company wherever she goes and is in search of the man committing heinous crimes.

Along with Nayanthara, Netrikann also stars Ajmal, Manikandan and Saran in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Milind Rau and produced by Vignesh Shivan. It's a treat to watch Nayanthara in a thrilling avatar as she is one actor who never shies away from experimenting with her character and nailing as the lead in the movies.

Nayanthara who was last seen in Mookuthi Amman also has Annaatthe, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal and Nizhal in her kitty. The actor is known for being one of the busiest and highest-paid female actors in the South film industry.

Meanwhile, Netrikann is set for a 2021 release.
