A new concept art of X-Men: Apocalypse, in the latest issue of Empire Magazine, has given a sneak peek of the costumes of the characters Cyclops and Jean Grey in the movie. The image teases what young Cyclops (Tye Sheridan) and Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) will look like in the upcoming movie, reported Ace Showbiz.

In the image, Cyclops and Jean Grey appear to be in a ruined apocalyptic setting fighting an enemy who is airborne.

Jean Grey is shown taking cover while Cyclops is shooting an optic blast at the enemy, in the artwork.

The scene looks set in the 1980s as a large Pepsi sign is visible in the background.

Director Bryan Singer and screenplay writer Simon Kinberg have teamed up again to bring X-Men: Apocalypse, the ninth installment in the X-Men film series. It is a seamless next step in the story after the hugely popular X-Men: Days of Future Past that was released in 2014.

The film's twitter account had given fans the  first look for Nightcrawler and Angel in April.

The movie is currently filming and is slated for a May 27, 2016 release in the US.
