I read and laughed: Aamir Khan on Twitter trolls

Remember how Aamir Khan came out of the Bajrangi Bhaijaan screening with teary eyes and a towel in hand? Then you will also remember that Aamir had a similar reaction after watching Katti Batti. Soon, Twitter jokes and online memes started doing the round and this time, the joke was on Aamir. 

Although the actor maintained a strict silence on the matter, in an interview with Hindustan Times, the actor finally reacted to the entire issue. "I read all the jokes (on Twitter). I was reading them and laughing. I don’t remember the jokes now, but there were some really good ones. I quite enjoyed all the attention," he told the leading daily. 

The actor has just landed in Ludhiana to begin shooting for his next film Dangal. The actor has been prepping up for the film and has been concentrating on getting the look and physique correct for the Nitesh Tiwary directorial. Talking about his emotional breakdown after both the films, Aamir said that he's a 'highly emotional person' and he's 'not afraid to show it'. 

The actor was shunned by critics on the social network after his crying act post BB screening and some even called him an 'attention-seeker'. Refuting all such claims, Aamir explained that he got emotional during Bajrangi Bhaijaan's second half and he immediately asked his boy to get him something, post which his boy got him the towel. 

And about Katti Batti, Aamir said the film, which is high on emotions and relationship values, reminded him of his past. " I am an obsessive kind of an emotional ... I am a sucker for Mills & Boon stories. The film reminded me of moments that I have been through that were highly romantic, intense and obsessive," he told the daily.
