Hilary Duff files for divorce from husband Mike Comrie

Hilary Duff has had it and has finally filed for divorce from husband Mike Comrie.

According to sources close to the couple, it was Comrie's wild night in Beverly Hills, where he drunkenly propositioned women at Mastro's steakhouse, that acted as the last straw for Duff, TMZ.com reported.

However, the 27-year-old actress/singer has stated irreconcilable differences as the reason, with the date listed as January 2013 for separation. Duff has requested for primary physical custody of their almost 3-year-old son, Luca, with Comrie having visitation rights, though she's worried his partying and drinking could have a negative impact on their kid.

Although the pair, who were married in 2010, has a prenup, neither of them are struggling financially. Duff wants her earnings to remain hers. At the time of their split the actress' mother said that they were better friends than a married couple.
