Here's why Sidharth Malhotra turned vegetarian

Sidharth Malhotra has joined the vegetarian bandwagon of celebs. And it has nothing to do with the meat ban or the beef ban.

Sidharth and his lady love Alia are starring in Karan Johar's Kapoor & Sons for which they were asked to get into toned body. 

Sidharth who gained a bulky body to look like a professional fighter for his movie Brothers, has to lose a great chunk to get in shape for Kapoor & Sons. Sidharth's trainer advised him to switch to vegetarian cuisine in addition to sweating it out in gym, reports India.com

Alia who flaunted her bikini bod in the new trailer of Shaandaar is also sticking to the same regime for sometime.
