Allu Arjun opts for director Vikram Kumar, not Lingusamy

There was talk recently that Lingusamy had narrated a script to Allu Arjun and he would do the film. However, sources have confirmed that Allu Arjun is not doing a film with Lingusamy but with 24 director Vikram Kumar.

Director Vikram Kumar who delivered a hit with Manam in Tollywood is now going to direct Allu Arjun in his next. His current film is 24 with Suriya and the teaser will be released on the midnight of March 3. It features Samantha and Nithya Menen as main female leads.

According to sources, Vikram Kumar has narrated a storyline to Allu Arjun and he has said yes to the director. Currently, both the actor and director were busy in completing their films. Allu Arjun is busy with Sarrainodu and Vikram Kumar is also busy in wrapping up 24 with Suriya.

Moreover, Allu Arjun has also signed a movie under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. It should hit floors before Bunny joins Vikram Kumar’s film set. But Trivikram might probably direct Allu Arjun only after he wraps up his upcoming movie A..Aa - Anasuya Ramalingam vs Aanad Vihari which is currently progressing in Hyderabad. Thus it may take more time to wrap up its talkie part.

Soon after finishing their films Sarrainodu and 24 these two will join hands for this script. The regular shooting will start October. More details are yet to be known. Reportedly, Allu Arjun’s Sarrainodu is going to release on April 22nd and Vikram’s science fiction flick is set to release on April 14th.
