The Dilwale star admitted of her husband and her most-loved reel life partner not sharing any close bond with each other
Kajol is known to be frank and up front about her relationships with people in life. However this time, her revelation has managed to throw light on a supposed rumour which was doing rounds in the industry for long. The actress has finally confirmed the news that her husband Ajay Devgn and her Dilwale co-star and good friend Shah Rukh Khan are not friends.
At a recent event, when asked about Ajay and SRK's equation, Kajol had denied to a leading daily of there being any friendship between them. The 41-year old actress mentioned that just because you share a close bond with someone, it does not mean your partner would also be forced to share a similar chemistry with that person.
"If two people are not friends, that doesn't mean they are enemies. I have said this earlier also. Just because they don't party together and you don't see them clicking selfies, that doesn't mean that they hate each other or bad-mouth each other, Shah Rukh is my friend and I have been very clear that my friends are mine and I have never imposed my friendships on Ajay and he has never done it either. We are both very clear about it. You need to give people that space," Kajol added, as reported by Times of India.
Kajol further commented saying that if a person is not that close to the other, it does not make them enemies. Kajol said, " Recently, Shah Rukh and Ajay met each other in Bulgaria and they have met before also at our home. I don't think there is a discomfort, but I also don't think there is any friendship either. But there is nothing wrong with that."
Kajol will be seen with Shah Rukh Khan in the upcoming film Dilwale, which is set to release on December 18. Ajay's next film is Shivaay, releasing next year.
