Medical drama series Grey's Anatomy has emerged as the most buzzed TV show on micro-blogging Twitter.

According to Twitter, which looked at tweets from June 1 to September 14, 21 million tweets have been logged about fall TV debuts (up by 34% from last year) with 90% of that conversation revolving around returning shows, was reported.

The most buzzed about fall TV show was Shonda Rhimes' Grey's Anatomy, which racked in 2.2 million tweets in its 11th season, likely the result of Dr McDreamy's (Patrick Dempsey) abrupt departure from the show. The show ranked 6th in 2014.
