Here's how you can check 2018 UPSC IES Prelims results

The result for Indian Engineering Service (IES) preliminary examination for the year 2018 was announced on Saturday by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

The results are available to access on the official website of UPSC - upsc.gov.in

The list of shortlisted candidates was released on Saturday and applicants who appeared for the exam can check it by clicking here.

The main examination for IES will be held on July 1, 2018, and the shortlisted candidate will have to appear. The commission will issue admit cards for the main exam on their website three weeks before the exam date.

The candidature for IES is purely provisional at all the stages of
the examination subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Commission will upload marks and cut-off marks of Engineering
Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2018 on the website after the entire process examination is over.

This examination is conducted at various centres across the country to fill up engineering positions in different departments of the central government.
