Virender Sehwag is arguably the most outspoken cricketer in the world. The former India opener always has a lot to say on social media, and his takes aren't restricted to just sports.
This candid approach of his has earned him a new fan base altogether. Sehwag was always popular among the masses, but his fun avatar on Twitter over the past few years has done wonders for his brand value.
On Sunday, the Delhi Dasher gained traction once again for calling out the Indian education system. Sehwag posted a screenshot from a school textbook which described how having a 'large family' isn't the best idea.
"A large family consists of parents, grandparents and lots of children. A large family cannot enjoy a happy life," read the textbook. Sehwag didn't approve of this message and wrote this on his official Twitter account: "A lot of such crap in school textbooks. Clearly the authorities deciding and reviewing content not doing their homework."

It’s not an oversight. It’s their agenda. It’s deliberate.

Well, we might not agree with everything Sehwag has to say but can't help but laud him for calling out such fallacies.
