Vikram Bhatt wants the pervert who molested a woman stuck in Elphinstone stampede to be punished!

In the stampede at Parel-Elphinstone Road FOB that killed 23 people and injured over 30, there seemed to have been some perverts, who were taking advantage of the situation to molest women.

One of the pictures uploaded on social media clearly shows this. Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt took to Facebook to write, “Nothing ever has shaken me so much as this piece of news. It’s the lowest that man can stoop to. It has left me devastated. We as the citizens of this city, this country, cannot allow this. I don’t know who this guy is, but I want him to be found and punished. As I am sure you do as well. Please share this and spread this till we have someone of authority look into this despicable act. We cannot be quiet this time... our silence is costing us the very fabric of society... we cannot leave this kind of a world for our children. Please share this I beseech you!”
