Filmmakers usually opt for virgin locations to shoot their movies, and sometimes, they even find places that are hardly visited even by locals. The makers of Stree, a horror-comedy that is releasing later this month, did exactly that. They found a cave in Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh, to shoot an intense sequence that required Rajkummar Rao to walk in with a fire torch.
While giving the second take, the currently-in-demand actor suddenly froze in his tracks. His ears caught the sound of loud squeaks being made by a colony of bats that were inhabiting the cave. Petrified with this discovery, the Fanney Khan actor rushed out of the cave and insisted that a few crew members walk in first and stay there with him till he finished his shoot.
While it was a scary experience for Rajkummar, the team had a good laugh seeing the actor’s expression. Of course, being the sport he is, Raj just laughed off the entire incident.
