The Tanushree Dutta-Nana Patekar outraging of modesty issue on Saturday took another turn, after Dutta's lawyer advocate Nitin Satpute on behalf of Dutta submitted a written application to the Oshiwara Police asking to get narco-analysis and other scientific tests conducted on Patekar and others named in the FIR to get truth out.

In an application, a copy of which is with DNA, addressed to Senior Police Inspector of Oshiwara Police Station, Satpute stated that, the accused involved in the case are highly influential and high profile persons, and also has good political connection, therefore every possibility is there to put undue pressure, fear, coercion and influence to the witnesses.

"There are witnesses/eye witnesses of the incident dated 26/3/2018, who are willing to come forward to record their statement, but they are not coming forward as they are scared of accused person, they will not come forward to record to statement unless and until accused are arrested, then only they will come to police station. The accused are denying the charges levelled against them before media and they may put pressure on the witnesses, or accused may produce bogus witness to record negative statement against the complainant, therefore fair investigation has to be carried out by conducting Narco Analysis, Brain Mapping and Lie Detector Test of the accused Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya, Producer Samee Siddiqui, Director Rakesh Sarang and witness who are supporting accused," the application stated

"I request you to arrest the all accused for investigation and conduct undergo Narco Analysis, Brain Mapping and Lie Detector Test of the all accused involved in this crime to ascertain their role for the interest of justice," the application stated.

In her complaint filed last Saturday, the actor had alleged that during the shooting of a song sequence for movie "Horn OK Pleassss", she was inappropriately touched by Patekar even after she had clearly mentioned that she will not perform lewd, vulgar or uncomfortable steps.

The actor had also claimed that she had complained to the song's choreographer Ganesh Acharya, but she was forced to do scenes which were intimate and included Patekar touching her inappropriately.

Based on actor's complaint, a case under Indian Penal Code sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) was registered on Wednesday night against Patekar, Acharya, the film's producer Samee Siddhiqui and director Rakesh Sarang.

Oshiwara Police refuse to comment on the application given by Satpute on behalf of Dutta.
