Mouni Roy to play a negative character in 'Brahmastra'?

Mouni Roy who has enthralled audiences with her Naagin act on the small screen, will soon make her Bollywood debut in Akshay Kumar’s Gold. But much before her maiden venture hits screens, she has already signed another film — Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra. While the plot of the film is not known, Ranbir plays a superhero in this Ayan Mukerji directorial. But a source reveals, “Alia will obviously play the damsel in distress, who is Ranbir’s love interest in the trilogy. But Mouni will play a villain in the first part. Her character will have shades of grey.” Exciting, no?
