Heard this? 'Bhoomi' actor Sanjay Dutt says wife Maanayata hits him with his shoes

Sanjay Dutt is busy with promotions for his much awaited comeback film Bhoomi. The actor loves to talk about his films and his wifey dear with the gusto.

Sounding like every other married man in the world, Dutt joked about his biwi saying that Maanayara uses his shoes to hit him. The actor gave an interview to a TV channel and while talking about his custom made shoes made in Mexico couldn't resist cracking a joke about how his wife puts them to use.

Sanju baba said, "These are my shoes. These shoes are handmade shoes. The mochi (cobbler) of Agra would not make such shoes here. The mochi is from Mexico who makes these shoes and I have found him after a lot of difficulties. The name of the Mochi's shop is ‘Back at the ranch'," Sanjay said. "He sends me catalogues and you can choose what you want, it's not leather, it's plastic and you can choose which one you want... I have many of such shoes which my wife hits me with on my head," he added.  Ouch! that must hurt.

Now this comes off a surprise considering the fact that Mrs Dutt's Instagram account is flooded with lovey-dovey pictures of the couple.

Even at the trailer launch of Bhoomi, Dutt joked about the fact that how his wife inspired him for the role of an angry father.

Bhoomi marks Sanjay's comeback after he was released from jail in Pune in 2016. Co-starring Aditi Rao Hyadri in the lead, Bhoomi is a sensitive revenge drama that explores the relationship between a father and daughter and hits theatres this Friday.
