Not many know that Anil Kapoor was roped in as the main antagonist for Salman Khan Films’ Jugalbandi. This was a few years ago when Saif Ali Khan was doing it. Post that, there has been no development on the script. Now, Anil Kapoor plays a failed singer in Fanney Khan. It’s a curious case of role reversal for our jhakaas Kapoor. In Jugalbandi, he was supposed to play this ageing, but super successful music giant who falls for a much younger girl, whom he mentors. But the girl loves Saif and eventually gets him in the love triangle. From a musician in power, Anil will now be seen as a singer who could never make it big in life. It’s exactly the opposite character now.
