2.0 Box Office: Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar starrer refuses to slow down, all set to cross Rs 150 crore mark

Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 is in no mood to slow down at the ticket windows. The movie is shattering records left, right and centre at the box office. The S Shankar directorial has managed to win hearts of the audience, despite opening to mixed reviews from the critics and how. 

The Hindi version of the movie has managed to rake in Rs 5.85 crore on its second Friday. @.0 Hindi version is all set to cross the Rs 150 crore mark on Saturday. Till Friday, the movie's total box office collections stand at Rs 145.60 crore. 

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to give the box office figures of the fim's Hindi version. He wrote, "#2Point0 stayed strong, despite a new release [#Kedarnath] eating into the screens, shows and footfalls... Expected to show substantial growth on second Sat and Sun... Will cross ₹ 150 cr today... [Week 2] Fri 5.85 cr. Total: ₹ 145.60 cr. India biz. Note: HINDI version."

Thursday: Rs 20.25 crore
Friday: Rs 18 crore
Saturday: Rs 25 crore
Sunday: Rs 34 crore
Monday: Rs 13.75 crore
Tuesday: Rs 11.50 crore
Wednesday: Rs 9.50 crore

Week two:

Thursday: Rs 7.75 crore
Friday: Rs 5.85 crore

2.0 is the sequel to the 2010 film Enthiran/Robot. The film brings together Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar together for the first time. 2.0 also stars Adil Hussain, Amy Jackson and Sudhanshu Pandey in significant roles.
