The interim stay on the lok ayukta police probing the alleged illegal acquisition of lands by state home minister R Ashoka has been extended till April 7.
The case seeks the quashing of the court’s order that directed the Lokayukta to probe Ashoka’s involvement in the land scams.
The high court, on April 1, had granted an interim stay on the probe till April 5. Though the case was listed for hearing on Tuesday, justice KN Keshava Narayana adjourned it to Thursday.
