Four days down, the mystery of the missing three-year-old child, Rihan Pasha, continued to plague his parents and the police with the latter looking into every possible angle to solve the mystery. The child has been missing since Monday noon when his mother Zabina Taz went inside the house to bring him water after serving lunch.

Rihan’s father, Siddiq Pasha, had filed a missing complaint with the Madivala police on Monday evening. He had expressed suspicion that the boy might have fallen into the drain near their house and might have been sucked into the gushing waters of the drain.

The police are also suspecting the hand of Noor Jan, the second wife of Rihan’s grandfather Shoukat Ali, due to a family dispute.

“We have registered a kidnapping case against some persons. We are looking into the case from all the angles. A property dispute might be the reason behind the kidnapping, but the actual plot is still unclear. We will summon all parties to the disputed site and question them to find the truth,” said inspector ML Purushotham of Madivala police station.
