Karnataka high court on Friday heard the interlocutory application of president of Iskcon, Bangalore, Madhu Pandit Das, who is seeking directions to expunge remarks made against him and Iskcon vice-president in the high court’s judgement dated May 23, 2011.

On that day, the high court had observed that Iskcon, Bangalore, had no rights over the property at Harekrishna Hills in Rajajinagar. Further, the HC had observed that there was no evidence on record to show when Das was admitted as a member.

Das’s petition to expunge remarks against him and Iskcon vice-president, Chanchalapathi Das, in the said judgment came up for hearing on Friday. They contended that the judgment contains adverse remarks against them. The high court issued notices to Iskcon, Mumbai, and adjourned the case to March 9.
