24 IPS officers transferred from Karnataka

The state government has transferred 24 IPS officers. HN Sathyanarayan Rao has been appointed as ADGP (crime and technical services), Bangalore and Ashit Mohan Prasad as ADGP (communication, logistic and modernisation), Bangalore.

The other postings are Amar Kumar Pandey (IGP, southern range, Mysore), ASN Murthy (IGP, Karnataka Police Academy, Mysore), Dr MA Saleem (IGP, administration, Bangalore), KSR Charan Reddy (IGP, eastern range, Davanagere), K Ramachandra Rao (IGP and commissioner of police, Hubli-Dharwad) and Malini Krishnamurthy (IGP, home guards and civil defence, Bangalore).

KL Sudheer (IGP, KSRP), Shashi Kumar (superintendent of police, Raichur district), YS Ravi Kumar (SP, Udupi), Amit Singh (SP, Hassan) and Ramesh (SP, Uttara Kannada, Karwar).
